Digital Clinical Trials

Intervention: A grant awarded by eHealth Productivity and Innovation in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly (EPIC) enabled the development of an app to help Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust attract commercial trials, manage existing trials and engage with patients involved or interested in clinical research.

Implementation: HCI were integral in the application for the funding, followed by the scoping, development and testing of the app, filming of the virtual tours and future commercialisation and adaption for other Trusts to use.
