HCI Presents at Pathfinder Digital Transformation Summit

HCI’s Clinical Director, Dr Matt Halkes, recently showcased our Health and Care Video Library and CONNECTPlus at the Pathfinder Digital Transformation Summit, highlighting HCI’s ongoing work in supporting digital transformation across primary and neighbourhood care.

The event, organised by Pathfinder Healthcare Developments CIC, brought together healthcare professionals and digital innovators to explore the opportunities and challenges of digital transformation in primary care — with a particular focus on neighbourhood health.

Dr Matt Halkes was invited to present its journey with two of its key products: the Health and Care Video Library and CONNECTPlus. The presentation offered delegates an insight into how HCI's solutions are being used to improve patient engagement and support healthcare providers in delivering accessible, high-quality information.
